Rick did an awesome job on a backyard shed office project for my home. He was very responsive and worked with my schedule. Rick met with me almost immediately after contacting him. He came personally to my house, discussed my thoughts, and had a quote and initial plans within a week. He was very fair in pricing and knowledgeable about the best way to make my project work. He started my project a week ahead of schedule and finished on time, despite a couple of speed bumps. Rick's team is also great. His project managers were always reachable by phone or text, and Jenn Z. in his office is SUPER responsive. The subs he used were all very kind and professional.

Great contractor to use for first time renovators. The subcontractors used in the process of increasing the height of my garage door were very professional and very good at their craft. The original superintendent assigned to the job left seemingly on good terms and Rick was helpful in ensuring the transition to the new superintendent George went smoothly. I really liked working with George he was very calm and collective and always followed up in a timely manner. They also handled the permitting which was a nice touch.

We were referred to RCB Construction from a kitchen cabinet company that we chose to purchase new cabinets from. The work done by the cabinet company was unsatisfactory, with many design issues. Rick and his experienced team, stepped in corrected and completed the cabinetry work and remaining project. I selected RCB Construction from an aggregate website of a number of architects and builders in Charlotte. I was looking to build an in-law suite/apartment attached to the main (my) house and RCB had the closest profile to what I was looking for (more than a renovation, less than a McMansion). I was really pleased that Rick (the owner) contacted me almost immediately, as that was sort of my litmus test of whether or not I would want to work with a particular company. It took a long time for the plans to get permitted but once they did, the construction phase happened fast! I can't speak to whether or not it was a good value as I have nothing to compare it to. The project was expensive but I think the cost was fair enough. I do have to say that George (Rick's construction manager) was AMAZING to work with!

Working with Rick and Arouna was a great experience. I hired RCB to do a concrete driveway demo and replacement. I contacted nearly a dozen companies to ensure I was doing my due diligence on who to hire for the repair. And RCB was the quickest to respond, had the highest quality website, and acted with very professional customer service. After months of searching for a contractor to do some framing and drywall installation, a friend recommended reaching out to RCB Construction Management to review and quote this project.

A few days after I made the call I met with Rick. We went over the project and what my expectations were, including price and the timeline for completion.

Once we had an agreement I met with my assigned project manager. He took care of everything, from material delivery to ensuring his guys arrived on time and cleaned up after each day. The project manager and I were in constant communication throughout the project he stressed to me that if I saw something I did not like to contact him immediately and he would be sure to get it resolved

I would like to stress upon anyone reading this review to do your homework, I have been burned by a few contractors in the past. Some will talk a good game but then fail to deliver. RCB on the other hand will deliver what they promise and make sure your project is completed in a timely and professional manner.

His product manager Steve was very responsive and helpful, their sub contractors were very professional and great to work with, and Rick was also available whenever needed. Overall had a great experience with RCB and their entire team. We contracted with RCB to knock out a brick exterior wall and install a 8' bifold glass door.

The foreman for the project, George, stayed on top of the project and managed the various sub-contractors who were necessary to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner.

I would not have felt more comfortable with anyone else. Any small issue was remediated, with no questions or concerns. They did NOT nickel and dime us and upcharge us as I have seen other contractors do, bid low, and raise prices for 'other' items. They came on time and budget.

We chose RCB to remodel our master bath. They gave us a fare price and managed the entire job, work permit, inspections and all the work and materials. We had a few material delays but they always made us feel like they were there for us. The tradesman were all top notch and the work can out beautiful. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. In addition, their management team are friendly and easy to talk to. We spoke to them often. I would use them again and recommend them highly.
